Join our UK Online Commercial Finance team as a strategic finance partner to Marketing! In this high-impact role, you'll help shape smart investment decisions, drive profitable growth, and maximise ROI. We're looking for a commercially savvy finance professional with the confidence to influence senior leaders and the insight to turn data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Marketing spend, ensuring alignment with company strategy and budget
• Partner with the Marketing leadership to evaluate the efficiency and ROI of campaigns, channels, and initiatives
• Drive financial challenge and support decision-making on media planning, digital spend, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional activities
• Support the budgeting and profit planning process, ensuring marketing assumptions are realistic and aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with Commercial department, FP&A, and BI teams to integrate marketing data into broader P&L analysis
• Provide strategic recommendations on spend optimisation, pricing of campaigns, and customer segmentation
• Proven track record in commercial finance roles, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Customer, or Commercial analysis
• Good understanding of marketing metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and their link to P&L performance, with excellent analytical, modelling, and presentation skills
• Have the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, balancing financial discipline with commercial opportunities

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience
• Experience in roles focused on Marketing, Customer, or Commercial analysis
