Job Description

  • Lead performance marketing across all major paid channels
  • Manage and optimise large budgets for CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC goals
  • Test everything including creative, copy, targeting and funnels
  • Collaborate with design, content, product, and data teams to deliver growth
  • Track, measure, and attribute with GA4, Looker, Amplitude or whatever gets the job done
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates

The Successful Applicant

    • 8-10 years in performance marketing or growth for an app-based business
    • Deep experience running campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube
    • Proven track record managing six-to-seven-figure budgets efficiently
    • Strong grasp of pixels, tracking, UTMs, and attribution
