Role

An award-winning commercial fiction publisher is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to lead high-impact campaigns across the fast-growing list. This is a senior role within the communications team, reporting to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee brand marketing strategy and manage multi-channel campaigns for front-list authors.
  • Drive digital advertising across social media platforms.
  • Shape campaigns for major commercial fiction authors and contribute to the development of the company’s brand strategy.
  • Possibly assume line management responsibility within the team.
  • Work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment across eBook, audio, and print formats.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven book publishing marketing experience, ideally at senior marketing manager or digital marketing manager level.
  • Experience running creative campaigns for brand authors and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising, email strategy, and organic social media.
