Retail Insights is Northern Europe’s leading retail forum. We strengthen the retail ecosystem by building a platform for insights, inspiration, and networking, connecting more than 3,000 industry leaders annually from over 15 countries.

Retail Insights is part of United Media, which develops large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, and retail. To date, we have launched 8 media companies organically and acquired one.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary but include tasks such as:

• Managing email marketing campaigns, segmenting databases, and maximizing revenue from CRM and customer data
• Copywriting and designing email campaigns (with support from our Graphic Designer) to promote events like webinars and conferences
• Continuously learning and optimizing future campaigns and strategies
• Acquiring and activating reactive leads
• Coordinating with Content and Sales teams to target the right audience
• Selling tickets and increasing registrants via our marketing inbox

What we expect from you

We seek a candidate with a strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and relentless drive to excel. You take ownership, are proactive, and follow through. Humility and passion for building and executing new businesses are essential. Additionally, you should:

• Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree with excellent results
• Have a valid UK work permit
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be an excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, with keen attention to detail

Note: We work from our office near Victoria Station Monday through Friday; remote work is not available.
