As Head of Brand Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to build and own the brand function, creating campaigns that inspire members, drive acquisition, and strengthen the organisation's positioning in a competitive market. This is a hands-on, builder role where you'll combine strategic thinking with delivery, shaping brand strategy while building and leading the marketing team and collaborating closely with digital, commercial, and agency partners. You'll report to the Chief Commercial Officer and work alongside a high-performing leadership team, with scope to grow into SLT-level influence as the business continues its growth journey.
