Overview

I'm hiring a Head of Amazon Performance Marketing to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of brands - part of a wider, confidential team build for a brilliant business. This is a client side role, and a very exciting opportunity. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape full-funnel strategy, lead demand capture plans, and drive performance across sponsored search and display. You’ll work closely with brand and media teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and delivering real results.

I’m looking to speak with people who bring deep Amazon ads platform knowledge (you must have the core of your experience on Amazon - not general performance marketing), a sharp commercial mindset, and strong leadership experience - whether from a brand-side or agency background (for those agency side - this is a brand side position, and it''s not often I can move people from agency to brand - so now is your chance!).

Responsibilities

• Direct ownership of full-funnel Amazon media strategy and execution across a portfolio of brands.
• Lead demand capture plans and manage performance across sponsored search and display.
• Collaborate with brand and media teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and delivering measurable results.
• Shape and drive performance marketing initiatives on Amazon, with a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• Deep Amazon ads platform knowledge with core experience on Amazon.
• Sharp commercial mindset and strong leadership experience.
• Experience from either brand-side or agency background (brand-side preferred for this role).
