Reporting to the Head of HCP Marketing OC and Chronic Care HCP Education, you’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape our strategic direction in this vital therapeutic area.This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a regular presence at our Peterborough Head Office.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive marketing execution in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and global brand strategyDevelop and implement marketing activities targeted at healthcare professionals (HCPs)Lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Nursing, Global Marketing, Logistics, and moreAnalyse market data and campaign performance, adjusting plans to maximise impactCollaborate with field-based teams to improve understanding of clinical practices in the UKPrepare compelling promotional materials and represent Coloplast at national eventsBuild and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical influencersSupport the development of business cases, forecasts, and strategic planningContribute to product development discussions with our Global and R&D teams in DenmarkWhat We’re Looking ForA strategic thinker with 3+ years’ experience in healthcare marketingExcellent communication, collaboration, and project management skillsPassionate about making a difference for patients and cliniciansStrong analytical skills with an ability to turn insights into actionBSc/MSc in Business, Marketing, or Health SciencesSales experience (preferred but not essential)If you’re curious, results-oriented, and eager to develop, we’d love to hear from you – even if you don’t meet every requirement.
