Growth Marketing Manager – DTC & Ecommerce Brands
Remote-first (UK-based applicants only)

Are you passionate about scaling ambitious Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands? Do you thrive at the intersection of creativity, performance, and data? If so, this could be the perfect next step for you.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specialises in helping ecommerce and subscription-based brands achieve sustainable growth. Known for blending bold creative with data-driven performance strategies, they’ve built an impressive reputation across fashion, beauty, wellness, and FMCG.

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving acquisition and retention for a portfolio of exciting brands. You’ll be the go-to lead for day-to-day growth planning and execution, collaborating with senior strategists, paid media and CRM specialists, and creative teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Shaping and executing growth strategies across acquisition and retention for DTC, subscription, and ecommerce brands.
  • Applying channel expertise (Meta, Google, TikTok, Email/CRM) to campaigns that deliver real results.
  • Driving lifecycle strategies to increase customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and reactivate lapsed customers.
  • Acting as the day-to-day lead for clients, presenting insights, building strong relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with creative, media, and data teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring campaigns hit KPIs across revenue, CAC, LTV, and retention.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience growing DTC or subscription-based ecommerce brands (ideally fashion, beauty, or FMCG).
  • Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing (paid social/search) and retention strategies (CRM/email).
  • A commercially minded marketer who connects campaign performance to business outcomes.
  • Strong communicator and client partner, comfortable presenting insights and recommendations.
  • A proactive, curious problem-solver with the ability to work across creative and performance disciplines.

What’s on offer

  • Salary up to £45,000 (negotiable depending on experience).
  • Remote-first & flexible working – UK-based.
  • 41 days paid leave (including personal days & team events).
  • The chance to work with exciting, high-growth brands across multiple sectors.
  • A team-first, mission-led culture that values bold ideas, collaboration, and impact.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to make a tangible impact on brand growth while working in a forward-thinking, performance-driven environment.
