My client is an award-winning ethical beauty company with a mission to make the greenest, healthiest beauty products without compromise. A certified organic, vegan, cruelty free with fully sustainable packaging. They are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join there rapidly growing team offering a Hybrid model of working

You will lead the performance and growth marketing function at Good Ventures, taking hands on responsibility for all aspects. You will set the strategy for growing our customer base and ecommerce revenues via performance marketing, working with performance marketing agencies. You will analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation. You will own ecommerce forecast and budget.

You will need experience in a performance marketing team, preferably in-house. You will have proven success in delivering high quality campaigns resulting in high levels of customer engagement. You will have results and a data driven approach with a high attention to detail. You will have a thirst to develop new creative ideas and potential areas of growth.
