Responsibilities

  • Own PPC, managing significant budgets, identifying new gaps & opportunities, and managing the agency relationship.
  • Build out creative briefing & testing plans across digital channels including Pinterest, Demand Gen & PMax.
  • Increase ad engagement and conversion through continuous ideation, testing and learning of ad copy and creative.
  • Build a CRO testing plan for the website, improving conversion rate and lead generation. Work cross‑functionally with the Tech team.
  • Identify opportunities with our website SEO, briefing tech implementations and optimizing key SEO pages.
  • Manage the referral‑funnel platform, including website optimisations, email flows and user incentives.
  • Manage offline channels incl. direct sales (door‑to‑door & in‑house telesales) and event‑based marketing initiatives.
  • Build an always‑on Door Drop strategy, identifying top customer targeting and tailoring creative.
  • Work with CRM team on email campaigns supporting acquisition & lead building.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to share learnings, best practices and execute new ideas following campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in an acquisition‑focused environment, ideally scaled digital performance in a fast‑growing business.
  • Experience with Google Ads and strong analytical ability to push PPC performance.
  • Highly numerate in making budget allocation decisions and supporting ideas with data.
  • Empathetic marketer with intuitive understanding of customer motivations, pain points and barriers to purchase.
  • Experience briefing creative to optimise performance & building on learnings.
  • Obsessed with relentless testing: creative, targeting & LTV tests to improve performance in key areas.
  • Experience of project managing cross‑functional teams to build out key initiatives.
