Growth Marketing Manager — Remote

Role at Artiun Arquitetura e Engenharia Ltda. Location: Home Based / UK – Remote.

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000

An analytical and data-driven growth marketing manager will be responsible for multi-channel marketing efforts, balancing strategy with execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, planning and driving strategic B2B marketing initiatives
  • Design and implement B2B marketing processes, pipeline management
  • Implement tools and campaigns such as email automation, paid search and paid social
  • Work closely with the product team to improve the marketability of our product and prioritise sales related features on our product roadmap
  • Use data and analytics to improve marketing efforts, design and develop reports and dashboards to analyse, forecast and track key metrics

Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in B2B or B2C demand generation in a management position
  • Ability to think strategically, analyse performance and user data, identify trends and present key findings
  • First-hand experience in running performance marketing campaigns: Google AdWords, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads etc
  • Proven knowledge of HubSpot, ad platforms, social platforms and other marketing tools
