We’re working with a purpose-driven financial services brand with a long-standing reputation for supporting UK professionals. As they continue to evolve their services and expand their offering, they’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing and acquisition strategy for their Insurance division.

This is a commercially-focused role at the intersection of data, creativity, and customer experience - ideal for someone who thrives on driving measurable results and knows how to unlock growth across multiple channels.

  • Own the growth plan: Develop and deliver the marketing strategy for the Insurance division - building campaigns that drive new leads, increase conversions, and hit income targets.
  • Performance-first execution: Manage and optimise campaign activity across SEO, PPC, paid social, display, email, and content - continuously improving efficiency and ROI.
  • Funnel optimisation focus: Identify and fix friction points across the customer journey - running A/B tests and experiments to scale acquisition and improve conversion rates.
  • Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with product, CRM, content, design, and sales teams - as well as external agencies - to deliver high-performing campaigns and customer journeys from awareness through to conversion and beyond.
  • Data-led decision making: Use analytics to track performance against KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, etc.), generate insights, and refine strategies for scalable growth.

  • Demonstrable experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles with proven success scaling customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on expertise across key channels: SEO, PPC, email, paid social, and content marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience optimising campaigns against key KPIs.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using data, A/B testing, and experimentation to drive decisions.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial thinker with a test-and-learn approach, comfortable identifying new opportunities and scaling what works.

This is a hybrid role, heading into the Birmingham office 1-2 times a week.
