The collective pays Laka a fee relative to the claims in a month. This role is a Growth Marketing Executive responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and growth.ResponsibilitiesLifecycle Marketing: Develop lifecycle stages based on customer data (e.g., new sign-up, conversion, retention, win-back) and design campaigns for each stage; Execute CRM campaigns to drive activation, engagement, retention, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities; Manage essential transactional customer communications; Personalise messaging based on customer segmentation.Website Management: Ensure the website effectively communicates product benefits and maximises conversion into the product experience.Automation and Workflow Development: Design and implement automated workflows and nurture streams for different segments and lifecycle stages; Use the CRM tool to set up triggers, rules, and workflows that guide customers through the journey.Requirements4+ years experience in a high-growth D2C companyStrong technical marketing skills and hands-on experience with CRM platforms; experience with CMS platforms preferred and a willingness to learnExperience with Customer.io, Webflow and coding languages (Liquid, CSS, HTML) is an advantageWhat success looks likeMeasurable improvement in the performance of CRM campaigns and website metricsQuality of the customer experience as delivered through the website and emails is significantly improvedCollaborationWork with Market Leads to develop customer segments, positioning and messagingWork with Market Leads and Product Manager to deliver CRM campaignsBenefitsRemote-first working arrangement; choose to work from home or our offices in London, Bristol and AmsterdamShare options for all employees; performance-based cash bonus of 5% of base salary if company targets are metAnnual leave of 25 days (+ bank holidays), with rollover up to 5 daysPension scheme contributing 3% of base salaryPrivate medical insurance with optional add-ons for partners and dependantsLaka credit: £10 monthly toward insuring your bikes and access to cycling industry discountsMental health support via Spill; unlimited access to one-to-one therapyBelonging at LakaWe’re committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
