Please note Wednesday is a fixed day as part of this arrangement.PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThe Growth Marketing Coordinator will drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies and customer lifecycle campaigns. You will support the marketing team in executing initiatives across owned, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and paid digital media.WHY JOIN THE TEAMThis role is crucial in audience targeting, optimising and analysing performance metrics that drive product consumption.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACTPlanning and setting up digital marketing campaigns, organising all necessary assets and documentation including writing copy and conducting editorial compliance checks.Applying media research, insights, and audience data into digital media planning and execution and, maintaining records of assets, plans, and performance for individual campaigns.Optimising assets and campaigns across relevant platforms, monitoring performance and informing the team of any issues.Managing time effectively to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.Identifying promotional opportunities within digital media channels and ensuring campaign tactics are timely, well understood, and integrated across teams, including Marketing, Media, Creative, Editorial, and Product.Utilising segmentation tools and CRM systems to set up and deploy end-to-end campaigns and evaluating campaign performance using audience data and analytics, providing regular reports.Supporting an experimentation roadmap that conducts A/B and multi-variant tests.ESSENTIAL CRITERIAYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDemonstrable experience in digital marketing or planning for a large organisation with some experience in media channels like Email, Push Notifications, Display, Social, or Video (e.g. YouTube).Experience of complying with various rules, procedures, guidelines, and policies, including Editorial Policy, Diversity, Safety, Data Protection/Privacy, and Information Security for marketing output.Experience of using marketing analytics systems for reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven decisions (e.g. Google Analytics, Piano, Adobe, Meta Analytics).Proven attention to detail in proofing copy and delivering high-profile output to large audiences across the UK.Experience setting up and delivering multichannel digital marketing campaigns in a matrix-style organisation with a diverse set of stakeholders to strict output deadlines (e.g. Creative, Editorial, Data, Content Marketing)DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIREDAbility to target audience segments using CRM and CDP (Customer Data Platform) systems, activate these segments in various channels and iterate them throughout a campaign.If you can bring some of these skills and experience, along with transferable strengths, we’d love to hear from you and encourage you to apply.The BBC is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community. #J-18808-Ljbffr
