PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus London Weighting (£5,319) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The vision for the CRM team is to leverage iconic content and data to build deeper relationships with our UK audiences by delivering personalised campaigns through direct channels like email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
As a Growth Marketing Coordinator (CRM), you'll support the delivery of personalised, data-driven campaigns that connect millions of people to the BBC's world-class content. You'll play a key role in shaping how we engage audiences across email and mobile, using cutting-edge tools and creative storytelling.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT
- Manage the execution and deployment of email newsletters and mobile push campaigns across BBC products.
- Use Airship to build and deploy campaigns using advanced segmentation and targeting.
- Curate content from across the BBC and support the CRM Executive with campaign metrics and performance reporting.
- Test assets thoroughly, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Optimise and maintain customer segmentation strategies, to ensure end-to-end personalisation and relevant marketing communications
- Brief and collaborate with suppliers and creative agencies to deliver impactful, audience-first campaigns.
- Develop knowledge of all functionalities within our ESP (i.e., Airship) to support with the delivery of the overall CRM Strategy
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in copywriting and proofreading.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate ideas and performance data.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Confident setting targets, meeting deadlines, and juggling multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of HTML / Adobe Dreamweaver
DESIRABLE
- A good knowledge of BBC content and/ or products
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
