What You Will Be Doing:

  • Channel Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of influencer channels for HelloFresh and Green Chef, including planning, execution, and reporting. Develop and implement a comprehensive testing roadmap, and provide detailed performance updates to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Partnership Negotiations: Work closely with global and legal teams to secure favourable commercial agreements with top-tier influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Campaign Development: Create tailored briefs for large-scale influencer campaigns, driving engagement and brand recognition.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and leverage new growth opportunities within both paid and organic influencer marketing, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.
  • Project Support: Offer ad-hoc support for major cross-channel initiatives, integrating influencer marketing efforts across all platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact between local and global brand teams to refine messaging for diverse audiences. This includes optimising landing pages, campaign briefs, and overall content strategies.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Proactively identify synergies between social channels (e.g., Instagram, YouTube) and propose multi-channel strategies to enhance performance and achieve impactful results.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a marketing specialist, overseeing administrative support tasks and fostering their professional development. 

    • Strategy, Budget Management & Performance 

  • Contribute to the annual marketing planning and budgeting processes, and assist in the development of a clearly defined influencer marketing strategy.
  • Support the marketing strategy by gathering insights through both quantitative and qualitative methods, including market trends, creative analysis, and channel analytics.
  • Drive innovation within the testing pipeline to optimise performance KPIs.

    • Who You Are:

  • Previous experience and strong track record in Influencer Marketing is required.
  • Understanding of operating in performance marketing role and team.
  • Previous experience within sales, business development or partnerships would be very advantageous. 
  • Passion for identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities.
  • Previous external/partner communication experience with the ability to build strong rapport with internal and external partners, for example, agencies.
  • Highly organised and performance-orientated with the skills to manage multiple live campaigns.
  • Extremely smart, analytical, and data-driven, with a background in growth marketing.
  • A proactive communicator who can present data and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ready to take ownership, drive impactful results, and thrive in a dynamic, high-performance team.
