Group Product Marketing Manager – Redgate Software

Redgate Software creates simple software solutions that help data professionals get the most value out of any database. We enable IT leaders, developers and operations teams to increase efficiency, reduce errors and protect business‑critical data.

Role Overview

You will be a strategic, commercially minded leader who drives growth of a key solution area within our global product portfolio. As a Group Product Marketing Manager you will lead the go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy and execution, partnering closely with teams in marketing, product, sales and customer success to deliver integrated portfolio messaging and drive ARR growth across the full customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop a high‑performance Group Product Marketing Team.
  • Collaborate with other Group Product Marketing Managers to embed best practice and align messaging across the portfolio.
  • Partner with product, sales and customer success to create aligned GTM strategies that drive ARR growth.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, steer the team to deliver effective product narrative and content for the target audience.
  • Enter into product strategy road‑maps with product management to ensure marketing input is reflected and GTM strategies gain alignment.
  • Enable sales to sell our solutions through transfer of knowledge and insight, working with Sales Management to identify opportunities to support revenue goals.
  • Build strong relationships across marketing leadership to coordinate activity and share best practice.
  • Report on team performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience (technology sector experience highly desirable).
  • Track record of understanding target markets and buyers, launching and scaling new solutions with successful go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Experienced people manager capable of coaching the team to high performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven mindset with the ability to draw insights and act on findings.
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and the ability to set and articulate a vision that inspires and influences others.

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: circa £80,000 – £90,000 (depending on experience).
