The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, commercial awareness, and the ability to elevate brand presence across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, social media, and website optimisation.Oversee the production of high-quality marketing content such as brochures, white papers, case studies, videos, and product guides.Partner with the sales team to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and customer engagement.Ensure brand consistency across all communications and platforms.Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to continuously refine strategy.Manage budgets, third-party vendors, and marketing partnerships.Coordinate trade shows, industry events, and sponsorship opportunities.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years’ experience in a marketing management role, ideally within B2B or industrial sectors.Demonstrated success in delivering impactful digital and traditional marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, AdWords, Meta, TikTok, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Google Search Console).Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.Experience managing a multidisciplinary marketing team.Background in international marketing and/or e-commerce (advantageous).Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively across departments.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
