The Role
We’re looking for a high-achieving graduate to join Suits Me as our Graduate Marketing Manager.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll get stuck in from day one - analysing data, supporting campaigns, and creating content that drives growth. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director, gaining exposure across all areas of marketing within a growing fintech.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Write clear, creative, and persuasive marketing content across multiple channels.
- Help build landing pages and optimise for conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Measure, report, and improve on all activity.
What We’re Looking For
- A graduate with a 1st class degree (preferred) or 2:1 from a Russell Group university.
- Exceptional written communication skills - able to craft engaging content and express complex ideas with clarity and impact.
- Numerically confident, with the ability to interpret and apply data effectively.
- Hard-working, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Evidence of initiative, such as extra-curricular involvement or work experience.

- Start date: December 2025 / January 2026 (flexible).
