Our client is a global premium beauty brand. Due to continued growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a Global Trade Marketing Manager has arisen to drive the execution of their trade marketing strategy across the UK and international markets. The successful candidate will have strong cross-functional project management skills, as well as experience in coordinating training initiatives and executing impactful trade events.
Responsibilities
* Trade Marketing Strategy and execution, acting as the primary liaison between the brand’s marketing and UK retail channels, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
* Develop and execute compelling trade marketing presentations and support materials for
* retailer meetings.
* Lead the creation and distribution of in-store signage, claims messaging, point-of-sale assets,
* and retail toolkits.
* Manage and align promotional calendars across all channels (Retail, Marketplace, DTC).
* Provide portfolio recommendations tailored to international markets, working closely with
* Sales and Brand teams.
* Design and implement training programs and educational materials for in-store sales teams
* across all key retail partners.
