Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director, responsible for driving new sales and revenue growth for the indaHash Self-Serve solution. This position is pivotal in shaping and executing effective sales strategies to target global markets.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales Activities: Engaging in proactive outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other direct communication methods. The focus is on generating new leads and expanding the company's client base.
- Marketing Automation: Utilizing advanced marketing automation tools to streamline and optimise the sales process. This involves setting up and managing campaigns that nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
- CRM Management: Overseeing CRM software to track interactions with potential and existing clients. This includes maintaining accurate records and using CRM data to make informed sales decisions.
- Sales Empowerment: Empowering the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Developing and implementing strategies to identify and attract potential clients. This involves understanding market trends, identifying target audiences, and creating compelling value propositions.

Qualifications
