About the Role

GAIA Restaurants and NYX are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence across international markets. This role oversees the strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives, ensuring that every campaign reflects our vision of excellence and innovation in hospitality.

As the Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for aligning local marketing efforts with global brand guidelines, driving guest engagement, and delivering measurable commercial success. You will lead high-impact projects including seasonal campaigns, partnerships, activations, and performance reporting—elevating GAIA and NYX to new heights across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global marketing strategy for GAIA and NYX across multiple markets.
• Oversee and guide local marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and global standards.
• Lead on seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and activations, from concept to execution.
• Manage digital marketing presence, including content direction, social media, and performance marketing.
• Track and analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
• Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive, guest-centric marketing experiences.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partners, media, and influencers to maximize exposure.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing investments.

About You

• Proven track record in a senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or F&B.
• Strong experience in global brand management and multi-market campaigns.
• Creative thinker with excellent project management and execution skills.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills and cultural awareness.
