Overview

Global Marketing Implementation Coordinator at Avolta. The role focuses on executing global consumer-facing marketing strategies and action plans across regions, ensuring seamless campaign implementation, tracking performance, and supporting production and distribution of marketing materials. The coordinator collaborates with regional/country marketing teams, operations, and category management to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

Campaign & Marketing Promotions Management & Execution

  • Supports creation of campaign guidelines for best-in-class market implementation
  • Supports campaign deployment and ensures execution of global campaigns based on the global marketing calendar across global markets
  • Ensures the execution of all global and local campaigns meets defined quality standards and delivers expected results
  • Supports implementation of local campaigns in line with globally defined brand and communication standards
  • Oversees the execution of promotional activities, including print, digital media, point-of-sale displays, and signage
  • Organizes and manages promotional tools and tactics, such as giveaways, contests, samples, coupons, and GWPs, to enhance customer engagement

Brand Messaging

  • Ensures consistent consumer-facing brand messaging worldwide across all offline touchpoints
  • Supports coordination with legal teams to ensure compliance in all marketing communication activities

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Maintains strong relationships with regional/local marketing teams to maximize brand and campaign exposure

Reporting and Monitoring

  • Monitors and follows up on campaigns, including budgeting, message development, planning, and performance measurement
  • Develops and prepares monthly and annual promotional reports, providing insights on campaign performance
  • Gathers, analyzes, and compares data to propose improvements and adjustments for future promotional efforts and campaigns
  • Continuously assesses performance metrics to optimize promotional strategies and support business growth

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally within the travel retail sector
  • Proven experience in global marketing coordination or implementation
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills, process orientation and analytical skills
