The Global Marketing & Business Development Manager will spearhead the growth strategy for one of the firm’s most high-profile global practices. This role offers international exposure, the chance to work alongside top practitioners, and the opportunity to influence the direction of a fast-growing global Marketing, BD, and Communications team.

Role Highlights

The Global Marketing & Business Development Manager will:

– Shape and execute global marketing and profile-raising strategies to drive practice growth.

– Lead client targeting, cross-selling, and referral relationship management initiatives.

– Manage thought leadership campaigns, including webinars, articles, and case summaries.

– Oversee global directories and submissions, ensuring a strong market presence.

– Collaborate with partners, regional teams, and senior stakeholders worldwide.

You Will Need

– Proven experience in marketing and business development within a global law firm.

– Strong background in contentious legal services (litigation, arbitration, insolvency).

– Commercial acumen and insight into the international legal market.

– Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

– Degree qualified, with advanced knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms an advantage.
