This is a leadership role overseeing global marketing for a FinTech scale-up that serves financial institutions. The role is responsible for defining and delivering a global marketing strategy, building a high-performing team, and transforming marketing into a demand engine with measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Ownership: Define and deliver a global marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals, ensuring pipeline growth and measurable ROI.
- Demand Generation & ABM: Design and execute targeted account-based marketing campaigns and lead lifecycle programs in collaboration with sales.
- Product Marketing & Intelligence: Develop compelling product messaging, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new launches.
- Operations & Martech: Drive adoption of leading marketing technologies and continuously optimise for efficiency and impact.
- Content, Website & SEO/SEM: Create differentiated, research-backed content and optimise digital channels for lead generation.
- Leadership & Culture: Build, scale, and motivate a high-performing UK/US marketing team with a focus on culture and ROI.
Requirements / Experience
- Proven track record of building data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
- Experience in B2B financial services marketing, ideally within RegTech, FinTech, or SaaS.
- Strong experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and growth experimentation at scale.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and personalisation technologies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills across international markets.
- Knowledge of capital markets and regulatory environments is highly desirable.
