Job Description

KPMG is seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in our Audit practice. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Evaluate internal controls and assess the risk of material misstatement
• Prepare audit reports and other deliverables
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on accounting and auditing developments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• CPA or CA certification
• 3+ years of experience in auditing
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
