With a growing portfolio of high-profile clients across festivals, venues, sports, and hospitality, this role is ideal for an ambitious marketer with experience driving ticket sales and footfall who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.You’ll be surrounded by a team of experts in strategy, content, and paid media, all dedicated to delivering industry-leading campaigns that sell out shows and experiences.The team need immediate support for upcoming shows, festivals and events, and a strong Marketing / Campaigns Manager to be able to hit the ground running.The RoleAs Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee multiple client retainers across festivals, venues, and seasonal experiences. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, project managing campaigns from inception to delivery, ensuring performance-led execution and ongoing strategic alignment.Working closely with internal teams including a Content Executive, paid media specialists, and strategists, you’ll manage multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, partnerships, and influencer activations) to deliver results. You’ll also support creative asset production, manage stakeholder communications, produce impactful reporting, and promote best practice in project management.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of client retainers (festivals, venues, seasonal experiences) from planning through to reportingTranslate strategic plans into actionable briefs across content, creative, email, partnerships, and influencer campaignsMaintain strong client relationships with both day-to-day contacts and senior stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams to deliver aligned, efficient, performance-driven campaignsSupport content production and review assets including paid ads, emails, and creator campaignsManage campaign reporting and communicate performance clearly to clientsPromote best practices in project management, ensuring timelines and processes are metRequirements3+ years’ experience in event, venue, or live entertainment marketingProven record of delivering campaigns that drive ticket sales and/or footfallStrong knowledge of performance channels: email marketing, paid media, influencers/creatorsConfident client communicator, comfortable reporting to senior stakeholdersAI literate and keen to adopt new marketing innovationsSkilled in briefing and overseeing production of creative assets (video, graphics, content)Highly organised, with ability to manage multiple projects at onceFamiliar with key digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube)Able to travel to Manchester/London offices or client sites as requiredDegree not essentialLocationHybrid, Manchester-based, with 2–3 days in office (flexible) and 2–3 days remote working.Immediate startWill also consider those that do not have full-time capacity, as long as you have 4 days of availability minimum.Salary£35,000 – £42,000 depending on experience (negotiable pro-rata day-rate - may be higher)BenefitsHybrid working model with flexible balance between office and remoteEarly Friday finish (4pm)Monthly AI and skills training with ongoing development opportunitiesWeekly knowledge-sharing and internal training sessionsSupportive and collaborative team cultureRegular socials and team activitiesPerks including gig and festival ticketsOpportunity to work across high-profile clients in festivals, sports, hospitality, and tourism #J-18808-Ljbffr
