Field Marketing Executive Freelance full time (1 year)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Day rate: £250-£300 per day, depending on experience


Are you an ambitious marketer with a passion for event planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement? Join a dynamic, fast-paced B2B SAAS tech scale-up that's reshaping how professionals work through innovative cloud-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing events (tradeshows, conferences, webinars, etc.), including planning, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Campaign Management: Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the UKI market develop messaging, assets, and performance tracking.
  • Content & Messaging: Write and edit compelling marketing copy for emails, social media, landing pages, and more aligned to our tone and audience segments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise regularly with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Marketing Tools & Reporting: Use platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Monday.com to manage workflows, track campaign results, and optimize activities.
  • Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors for design, content creation, event production, and media.


Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven success managing events and coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Canva).
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects to tight deadlines.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • A collaborative team player who values both creativity and structure.


Location & Workplace Policy

  • Hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office (Central London)
