Are you passionate about sustainable fashion, design, and marketing? Do you have a keen eye for photography and content creation? Isabel Manns is offering an exciting internship where you’ll help shape our brand’s online presence while also being part of our design and retail team.

We are looking for someone to start from now, part-time (1-3 days per week) for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential to work with us on a more permanent basis afterwards.

Isabel Manns is a contemporary British womenswear brand specialising in high-end reversible clothing and original print design, all sustainably made in London. Our boutique in Marylebone serves as both our storefront and studio.

Our mission is to empower women to look and feel their best by blending style, sustainability, and practicality into every garment. At the heart of Isabel’s design philosophy is her commitment to building a truly sustainable, circular fashion label.

Design Responsibilities

• Liaise with London-based factories.
• Assist with design development and advertising materials.
• Research and source fabrics for future collections.
• Support the making of accessories (headbands, scarfs, and hair accessories).
• Assist with bespoke fittings and alterations.
• Support customers and sales in the boutique.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for our social media channels.
• Assist in photography and videography, capturing the essence of our reversible clothing and original prints.
• Engage with our online audience, reflecting the values and sophistication of the brand.
• Contribute to campaigns that highlight sustainability and local manufacturing.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for fashion design and production.
• Proficiency in Adobe programmes.
• Good hand-sewing skills.
• Confident, organised, and eager to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in social media management and content creation.
• Basic photography/videography skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Keen to grow with the brand beyond the internship
