Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Create, schedule, and post engaging content (graphics, videos, stories, etc.) across all platforms. Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Track social media metrics to measure engagement and identify growth opportunities.
Content Creation
Develop creative and impactful content aligned with our mission and values. Write blog posts, newsletters, and articles that highlight our programs, events, and success stories. Design promotional materials, such as infographics, banners, and other visuals.
Campaign Support
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns for various events and initiatives. Create and distribute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp. Promote fundraising efforts, events, and community outreach projects.
Audience Engagement & Community Building
Engage with followers, partners, and stakeholders to foster relationships and expand our online community. Support efforts to grow our follower base and increase visibility through targeted engagement strategies.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and SMM tools. Suggest innovative ideas for improving our online presence and keeping our content fresh.
