Role Purpose As Executive Creative Director, you will lead the creative and design teams in London, shaping brand identity systems, creative strategy and integrated communications across multiple channels including social media.

Impact You will elevate the creative standard across the studio, guiding brand transformation projects and helping brands show up powerfully across digital ecosystems.

Growth Working closely with leadership across London and New York, you will influence major brand work, mentor senior creative talent and play a key role in new business and agency growth.

About You

You bring significant experience leading design and creative teams within an agency environment. You have experience across brand identity, integrated campaigns and communications. You understand digital ecosystems and modern content environments including social media platforms. Tools may include Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You are confident presenting work to founders, marketing leaders and senior stakeholders. Experience across lifestyle, culture or premium consumer brands bringing an elevated style would be highly relevant.
