Job Summary

As the Executive Creative Director, London, you’ll help set the creative vision for the region and lead the development of groundbreaking campaigns that define the future of brand experiences. This role is at the pinnacle of creative leadership requiring bold vision, strategic acumen, and the ability to inspire a world-class creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of high-profile campaigns and brand experiences, ensuring the work meets NVE’s high standards of creativity and craftsmanship
  • Inspire the kind of work that is shared across the industry and the internet – recognized on the industry’s biggest stages
  • Work with the CCO to drive the overarching creative vision and strategy for the agency globally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, establishing NVE as a trusted partner
  • Collaborate with senior agency leadership to drive business growth in the region across new verticals
  • Represent the agency as a thought leader in the industry, speaking at conferences, being a voice in social media and judging industry awards shows
  • Mentor senior creative leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and growth
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies to maintain NVE’s competitive edge
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and collaboration across all teams
  • Ensure the agency’s creative work sets industry benchmarks and elevates the NVE brand

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of enviable experience with significant time spent in leadership roles and a portfolio of industry-leading, award‑winning, press‑earning work – your portfolio has work people recognize
  • Embodies NVE’s – be courageous, be committed, be curious, be catalysts, and be good citizens
  • Marketer and creative powerhouse with business leadership skills – understands strategy, finance, operations, and how to make it all work together
  • Confident, passionate, and has a POV, but not an ego – knows teamwork is essential
  • Lifelong student of creativity and advertising – can rattle off a list of favorite campaigns

Location

Hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles, New York City, and London. Ideal candidate located within commuting distance of Central London, willing to work from Shoreditch office 1‑2 days a week.

Salary Range

Exempt role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. Salary range factors include location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job‑related qualifications.
