About The Role
We’re looking for a talented Events Marketing Manager to drive participant recruitment for our fundraising events portfolio. If you have a background in marketing or fundraising and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an organisation that makes a real difference. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting and launching engaging campaigns that attract new participants, working with teams across the Royal British Legion to deliver impactful results. With your expertise in multi-channel marketing, you’ll help us meet our recruitment targets and build long-lasting relationships with supporters.

You’ll bring an array of experience in fundraising events, having successfully managed campaigns across a variety of channels including direct mail, email, digital advertising, and social media. Your ability to oversee and manage key suppliers and partners will ensure that every campaign is executed to the highest standards. You’ll also be responsible for budgeting, where your experience in managing expenditure will be crucial in ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver great return on investment.
