You’ll play a role in every stage from planning, promotion, execution and to follow-up. The goal here is simple: events that impress our audience and drive real commercial impact.This role is hands-on. One day you’ll be booking venues and building invite lists, the next you’ll be briefing speakers, prepping branded materials, or working with demand gen to boost registrations. You’ll be part of a lean team where details matter, deadlines are tight, and every event is a chance to showcase CarbonChain’s brand and expertise.You’ll work closely with marketing, sales and leadership to ensure our events strengthen pipeline, deepen relationships and leave a lasting impression on attendees.You are someone whoHas experience running events in B2B, tech, finance or sustainability, or is eager to learn fastCan juggle multiple moving parts with strong attention to detailEnjoys both the creative spark of event ideas and the logistical discipline to make them happenCommunicates clearly and confidently with colleagues, partners and suppliersIs excited to join a high-growth startup where no two days look the sameSpecific Responsibilities IncludeSupport planning and delivery of CarbonChain’s full events calendar, from global conferences to small roundtables and webinarsManage logistics such as venues, catering, guest lists, travel, suppliers, and digital platformsCollaborate with marketing on branding, invites, promotional content and social media campaignsHelp run the show on event days to ensure everything goes smoothly, and manage post-event follow-upTrack and report on performance: registrations, attendance, engagement and pipeline impactWhat Success Looks LikeCarbonChain events are professional, memorable and highly valued by attendeesSales and marketing can point to new opportunities influenced by eventsEvent processes are documented and repeatable, enabling us to scale fastAttendees walk away feeling their time was well spent and worth repeatingThe Fine PrintThis role is perfect for someone at the start of their career, with a few years\' experience, who wants to learn and grow in marketing while playing a visible role in a company tackling the climate crisis.
