We are currently seeking to appoint an Events and Marketing Executive to join a growing and fast-paced marketing team, working in vibrant offices in Blackfriars, London. With fantastic office perks, we’re the perfect place for high achievers to grow and thrive.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  1. Support our Head of Events in growing our events business via webinars and events, meeting business set KPI’s.
  2. Coordinate business webinars and event projects end-to-end, maximizing the return from event-related activities, including attending events outside of working hours if necessary.
  3. Create marketing plans alongside the Lead Marketing and Events Executive and execute them in line with business objectives.
  4. Support the creative team with producing PowerPoint presentations as needed.
  5. Work with the wider marketing team and partnerships, involving their expertise and ensuring deadlines are met.
  6. Assist in designing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to attract new clients and expand existing business, including analyzing campaign data.
  7. Assist with external PR communications through press releases, web presence, and social media.
  8. Help develop weekly customer newsletters and email communications using software like Marketo and Mailchimp.
  9. Provide project management and logistical support for events and podcasts.
  10. Support the wider marketing team with key projects as needed.
  11. Manage branded merchandise, monitor stock, place orders, and coordinate shipping, ensuring consistent branding.
  12. Coordinate internal communication and marketing activities and events.
  13. Assist with administrative tasks such as managing the event admin inbox.
  14. Support sales efforts as required.
