We’re looking for an Event Marketing Manager to spearhead a three-month project to attract students to our flagship event, The BIG Student Lock-in. Taking place on 21st February in London, this immersive experience will feature 100+ brand activations designed to wow and engage Gen Z students.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising an end-to-end campaign that will drive excitement, registrations, and attendance.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive marketing plan targeting Gen Z students through channels such as social media, influencer partnerships, email, and campus activations.Content Creation & Management:Design and produce compelling content to amplify engagement across all touchpoints.Digital Marketing & Advertising:Execute paid media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) to maximise registrations and optimise performance in real time.Student Engagement & Partnerships: Collaborate with student ambassadors, societies, and unions to extend the reach and resonance of the event.Community Building: Foster excitement and anticipation through event-centric communities on platforms like Discord, WhatsApp, and Instagram.Project Management & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, brand sponsors, and Students’ Unions to align messaging and ensure seamless execution.Budget Management: Monitor and report on budget utilisation and campaign ROI.What We’re Looking ForProven expertise in event marketing, digital campaigns, and audience engagementIn-depth understanding of Gen Z culture, behaviours, and social media trendsProficiency with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and email platforms like MailchimpTrack record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale events or campaigns under tight deadlinesCreative thinker with an eye for detail and innovationHigh-energy and passionate about creating unforgettable student experiencesStrong project management and multitasking abilitiesData-driven with a results-focused approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCollaborative and adaptable with a proactive problem-solving mindsetWhy Join Us?At native, you’ll be part of a vibrant team that’s passionate about shaping the future of the student experience.
