Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Are you a strategic, creative marketer with a passion for events and community building? We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing organisation for an Event Marketing & Communications Executive to lead marketing, comms, and social strategy across a portfolio of high-profile events.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, drive audience engagement, and shape the voice of a vibrant event community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan and deliver compelling newsletters and event communications
- Build and execute a 12-month community engagement plan
- Create visual content using Canva/Adobe Express
- Manage paid ads across LinkedIn and Meta
- Activate co-marketing campaigns with partners and sponsors
- Track campaign performance and apply a test-and-learn approach
- Own the external communications calendar
- Support broader event marketing plans including budget tracking and ROI analysis
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven copywriting skills and audience-first mindset
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools
- B2B or event marketing experience
- HubSpot CRM knowledge
- Familiarity with performance or affiliate marketing
- Experience with Slack, Circle, Discord or event app communities
- Confidence creating short-form video or working with videographers
