Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Conduct regular performance assessments, providing constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated on industry trends and adopt new innovative approaches. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate strong leadership and a strategic approach.
