This role requires collaboration with global and regional cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business results in a time-sensitive and dynamic environment that encourages new ideas, growth mindset, accountability, independence, and resourcefulness.EMEA Consumer & Creator Marketing Manager ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and shape key consumer opportunities across EMEA that fuel growth, leveraging insights from internal and external partners to deepen understanding of consumers and creatorsTranslate opportunities into full-funnel, impactful marketing campaigns—on and off platform—by leading the creation, development, and execution of high-quality creative and go-to-market plansPartner with global teams (Brand, Product, Creative) to ensure regional strategies and local-market briefs align with global strategy while adapting for local social, regional, and product nuancesCollaborate with Creator and Business teams across EMEA to drive alignment and activate unified go-to-market strategies and execution across business, creator, and consumer audiencesCoordinate measurement plans and learning agendas to assess business impact, generate proof points, and identify opportunities for scaling within EMEA and globallyFoster an environment of innovation by identifying and executing opportunities for testing and experimentation across the EMEA and International Marketing teamsEffectively communicate and foster partnerships across all organizational levels to advocate for and drive marketing strategies and plansBridge global strategies with regional/local relevance, managing both external agencies and internal creative teams to deliver effective, innovative, and locally relevant marketing initiativesMinimum Qualifications10+ years of brand marketing experience with demonstrated experience in developing and executing complex, integrated, and innovative marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impactBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExtensive international experience working on global and EMEA regional brands, including leading multi-country initiatives across multi regional and business landscapesDemonstrated experience translating insights, data, and market/technological trends into customer value propositions and go-to-market strategiesProven experience partnering with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to build influential and collaborative relationshipsExpertise in data-driven, measurement-focused environments, including identifying Key Performance Indicators and developing robust measurement plans to prove outcomesStrategic, analytical, and innovative marketer with the experience to contextualize market and technological trends to inform strategy, creative development, and go-to-market executionPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated experience and expertise in Creator marketing, including cross-audience activations spanning Consumers and Businesses, as well as product marketing, growth marketing, and/or innovationProficiency in English is required; additional languages (especially in the EMEA region) are a plusAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
