Responsibilities
- What you\'ll do
- Communications development: Work closely with event managers/stakeholders to develop communications for each phase of the event life cycle, including save-the-dates, invitations, reminders, and thank-you emails
- Proactively provide guidance on event communication/registration best practices to internal customers that may be new or less familiar with available options
- Perform communication content review, including proofing and brand alignment
- Program event communications and registration forms
- Send/program event communications throughout the event life cycle
- Provide invitee/attendee reporting, as required
- Continuously innovate registration strategies to meet the evolving needs of our internal clients.
- List management: Create event lists using relevant searches and imports
- List management (continued): Advise on strategies to develop new event lists and improve current ones
- List management: Evaluate event list quality by removing inactive contacts, as measured by opens, clicks, bounces, opt outs, etc.
- List management: Grant user access for event lists
- CRM Support: Provide individual or group training/troubleshooting/assistance in the use of the CRM for events or other purposes, including activity tracking, list management, contact management and reporting.
- CRM Support: Provide ad hoc assistance for reporting and general CRM requests, including assigning rights for working on behalf of others
- CRM Support: Respond to contact update support tickets, as required
- CRM Support: Responsible for maintaining self-serve branded Word templates and provide support in their usage
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated experience of administration or analyst work, particularly with experience in event communication management, contact database support and/or digital marketing
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, but not required
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines while being detail-oriented and committed to quality
- Process driven with a technical mindset
- Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading
- Understanding of event management principles and contact database security practices
- Must be able to work and be responsive in a fast-paced environment
