You will be a passionate, self-motivated email marketer with a strong background in the FMCG sector. Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager, this role involves supporting ecommerce operations across all websites and channels within the group. You will be primarily focussed on building relationships with key stakeholders to arrange campaigns to grow sales
. You will be part of a team of 9 dedicated to Ecommerce and also be a part of the Marketing team. Whats in your remit? Co-ordination of email marketing, SMS and push notification plans across D2C / D2B (approx. 12 email campaigns per week across brands / shops). Use of Google Analytics, 3rd party systems, and internal BI reports in order to identify products / stock in order to effectively plan campaigns. Communication with Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Services, Operations, IT / Web Development, Sales and Retail Managers. Briefing of creative artwork, including build, segmentation, testing and deployment. Responsibility for monthly reports, managing IP reputation and deliverability rates. Devise and execute continual A/B testing of email layouts, frequency, send time optimisation and subject lines using statistical relevance. Plan, develop and implement automated / triggered email programs. Regularly monitor email KPIs (including net subscriber growth) IP reputation, deliverability rates and budget, producing monthly reports. Responsible for online sign-up mechanics across channels, scoping recommendations for improvement on subscriber rates. What will you bring to the role? Excellent HTML / CSS skills with knowledge of responsive frameworks. Excellent written communications and copywriting skills. A quick learner with excellent attention to detail and a commercial mindset. Good troubleshooting skills. Digital creative skills would be advantageous. Good understanding of Google Analytics (utm tracking). Good understanding of email KPIs and e-marketing best practices. Good numerical and Excel skills. Knowledge of Magento 2, Ometira, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and MailChimp beneficial. Capable of working in a fast paced environment, re-active to business needs (e.g. new product launches, re-stock of best-selling SKUs). What do you get in return?
