Key Responsibilities: Own and execute the full email marketing strategy using Klaviyo Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandonment, re-engagement, etc.) Write clear, engaging, conversion-focused email copy aligned to the brand voice Manage campaign scheduling, segmentation, and deliverability Analyse performance data (open rates, CTR, revenue per send, etc.) and optimise accordingly Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling assets Ensure all communications are GDPR-compliant and follow best practices Contribute ideas and strategies for growing the channel as part of a wider marketing effort
