OverviewSchool of Sexuality Education is a charity looking for an experienced Manager to support our Communications Team with designing and delivering monthly newsletters and campaign emails.Skills & ExperienceExperience with Stripo or other email design platforms.Knowledge of email marketing best practices (design, content, deliverability, GDPR).Strong eye for visual design and ability to create accessible layouts.Excellent written communication and attention to detail.Collaborative, flexible, and aligned with our mission for inclusive RSE.Manage their own workload.Access to a computer and the internet.ResponsibilitiesBuild and design newsletter templates using Stripo.Implement email marketing best practices (subject lines, segmentation, deliverability, testing).Support with design and content layout, ensuring emails are visually engaging and accessible.Collaborate with the team to ensure messaging reflects our tone of voice and values (rights‑based, inclusive, sex‑positive).Help maintain consistency across different audience groups (schools, universities, workplaces).We are looking for people to commit to 1‑2 hours a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
