We’re a fast-paced, growing business passionate about delivering outstanding style and service.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Email Marketing Executive to build, optimise, and grow our email marketing and CRM programs. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, strong data skills, and hands-on experience with email platforms to drive engagement, retention, and revenue from our email audiences. You will be instrumental in shaping the customer journey via email, from acquisition through to repeat purchase and loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the email marketing channel, overseeing everything from campaign ideation and planning through to design, build, testing, execution, and optimisation.Develop and deliver automated flows, including: welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, re-engagement, and promotional sends.Manage and maintain the email calendar, planning and executing key seasonal campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), new product launches, and promotional events.Leverage customer data and segmentation (demographic, behavioural, purchase history, and product interest) to deliver personalised, relevant messaging that drives results.Design and refine templates to ensure emails are brand-led, mobile-friendly, and accessible.Continuously optimise performance through A/B testing of subject lines, content, designs, and send times, improving open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability.Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform future strategy.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and Operations teams to ensure campaigns align with brand priorities, inventory availability, and customer expectations.Produce regular reporting on email and CRM KPIs, presenting results and recommendations to senior management.Skills & ExperienceProven experience in email marketing / CRM in an e-commerce setting.Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).Good copywriting skills with strong attention to spelling, grammar and brand voice.Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret email metrics and derive optimisations.Experience designing or working with email templates and responsive design.Solid organisation, project management skills; ability to handle multiple campaigns & deadlines concurrently.Good eye for design & aesthetics.Knowledge of GDPR, data protection and email deliverability best practices.What are we offering?This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a high paced fast growth business with an enviable team of successful investors and backers.You will gain valuable experience working with an experienced team.Remote-friendly and flexible work environmentUp to £35,000 DOEWe have a great team, a friendly, welcoming environment, and a very positive can-do culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
