The CRM team within Digital Marketing at NEXT is responsible for Email, Loyalty and On‑Site marketing, delivering a best‑in‑class CRM Marketing service across our UK and International sites. About The Role As an Email Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving engaging, high‑impact email campaigns for our UK and international customers. Working closely with the Digital Communications Lead, you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast‑paced marketing team, supporting CRM initiatives across the business. You’ll bring a sharp eye for detail, a problem‑solving mindset, and a passion for delivering results that build customer loyalty and fuel growth.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including set‑up, scheduling, and deployment of one‑time, recurring, and triggered campaigns. Help execute the email strategy and test plans. Work closely with key teams/stakeholders to create campaigns that increase sales, drive recruitment and retention. Analyse performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development. Report on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns. Assist with day‑to‑day administration tasks. Build relationships with relevant stakeholders (Trade Managers, Regional Managers, as appropriate).

Email marketing experience is essential. Self‑motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure. Experience utilising CRM / email service platforms such as Bloomreach. Experience working with HTML is an advantage. Aptitude for attention to detail. Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly. Effective team player with a can‑do attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Intermediate level user of Excel/Sheets. Marketing experience ideally gained in a retail environment.
