Retail Insights is Northern Europe’s leading retail forum. We strengthen the retail ecosystem by building a platform for insights, inspiration, and networking, connecting over 3,000 leaders annually from more than 15 countries.

Retail Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on large-scale industry media and conference products across sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, and retail. To date, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

As part of the Marketing team, you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale a company. We provide ownership of our content marketing to push you out of your comfort zone. You will work from our HQ in London, with growth opportunities including:

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary but include:

• Managing email marketing campaigns, segmenting databases, and maximizing revenue from CRM and customer data
• Copywriting and designing emails and campaigns (with support from our Graphic Designer) to promote events such as webinars and conferences
• Learning and improving future campaigns and strategies
• Acquiring and activating reactive leads
• Coordinating with Content and Sales teams to target the right audience
• Selling tickets and increasing registrants by managing our marketing inbox

What we expect from you

We seek a candidate with an exceptional work ethic, high urgency, and relentless drive to excel. You should take ownership, be proactive, and follow through. Humility and passion for building and executing new businesses are essential. Specifically, we expect that you:

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results
• Possess a UK work permit
• Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Are an excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail

Note: Our office is located next to Victoria Station; we do not offer remote work, and work hours are Monday to Friday.
