Consumer Additions are currently partnered with a luxury, globally recognised brand in the retail space that’s looking to hire an experienced Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Manager.


This is a pivotal role for the business and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is confident owning both the strategic and day-to-day performance of digital channels and e-commerce trading.


This opportunity would suit someone with a sharp commercial mind, a strong grasp of performance metrics, and the ability to lead digital growth initiatives from end to end.


Key Responsibilities:


E-commerce & Website Management

  • Oversee day-to-day trading on a Shopify Plus platform, ensuring timely uploads of products and campaign assets.
  • Lead the performance reporting and optimisation of on-site content, ensuring strong UX and conversion rate improvements.
  • Act as a key stakeholder across digital enhancements, testing strategy, SEO, and roadmap planning.
  • Manage seasonal and promotional campaign delivery across the website, ensuring timely execution and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate across teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to deliver a connected omnichannel experience.
  • Optimise product pages and category structure to improve search visibility and non-paid revenue contribution.
  • Work closely on the site’s SEO and technical set-up to support organic growth.


Performance Marketing

  • Manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital PR, and Affiliate channels.
  • Own campaign performance analysis to drive improvements in ROAS and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee CRM strategy and campaign execution in Klaviyo, ensuring automations are optimised and aligned with key trading moments.


Campaign & Trade Calendar Coordination

  • Be the central point of coordination across the digital marketing calendar.
  • Align digital execution with wider brand, product and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns are performance-focused, well-coordinated and delivered on time.


Reporting & Insights

  • Track and analyse digital marketing and site performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Provide actionable insights on traffic, spend, ROAS and CAC.
  • Support with forecasting and budget tracking across all digital channels.


Growth & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
  • Identify and test new opportunities or channels to support brand and revenue growth.


What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce, retail or performance-led businesses.
  • Proven experience managing PPC, Paid Social and Affiliate programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Plus and Klaviyo is an advantage
  • Data-driven and commercially minded, with experience reporting on KPIs like ROAS and LTV.
  • A natural collaborator with excellent communication and planning skills.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
