Location: Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days WFH)

This agency specialises in building and managing high-performance websites and digital platforms that drive measurable growth. Their team is passionate about long-term client relationships, creative problem-solving, and delivering tangible results across web, content, and marketing campaigns.
For several years, this agency has partnered with one of the UK’s fastest-growing ecommerce businesses, acting as a true extension of their in-house team. This client relationship continues to thrive, and they are now seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Lead to drive the next phase of growth.
This pivotal, client-facing role involves leading the marketing strategy and delivery for the agency’s largest ecommerce client. The successful candidate will act as both a trusted consultant and hands-on marketing lead, driving campaigns, reporting on performance, and continually identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deliver ecommerce marketing strategies that drive measurable income growth.
Act as the main stakeholder contact, ensuring strong communication, reporting, and alignment with the client’s business goals.
Manage and optimise marketing activity across email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
Develop, execute, and report on data-driven campaigns using HubSpot and other marketing tools.
Produce consultative insights, recommendations, and performance reports that highlight opportunities and results.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with long-term digital strategy.
Proactively identify new ideas, campaigns, and initiatives that can accelerate client growth.
About You
5+ years’ experience in ecommerce marketing with a proven track record of revenue and performance growth.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in a client-facing role.
Proficient in HubSpot with the ability to build and optimise campaigns, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
Experience across core digital channels: email marketing, paid search/social, and SEO.
Proactive, consultative mindset — someone who treats the client’s success as their own.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present confidently to stakeholders.
Agency experience (preferred) or experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
