We’re working EXCLUSIVELY with a leading travel brand that’s looking for an experienced E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their online sales and digital strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital presence, enhancing the customer journey, and delivering growth across key e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the e-commerce and digital marketing strategy Oversee website performance, UX, and conversion optimisation Manage SEO, PPC, email and social campaigns Collaborate with digital agencies to drive SEO and PPC performance Use data analytics to track KPIs, report on ROI, and inform strategy Work closely with internal teams on content, campaigns, and site updates
E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5–8 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (travel/tourism/hospitality ideal) Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and CMS platforms Proven ability to manage digital agencies and drive ROI Analytical mindset with excellent project management skills Data-driven with experience in conversion rate optimisation and performance tracking. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Confident communicator with a proactive mindset and commercial awareness. Digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google, HubSpot, CIM) are a bonus.
