OverviewThis candidate will be solely responsible for keeping marketing campaign assets up to date on the ecommerce platform, Shopify. Utilising apps and the platform's AI assets to make sure the website is optimizing conversions at all times. This candidate will also use their initiative to propose innovative ways to improve already existing protocols to increase current stats. Responsibilities

Editing and preparing e-com products (including imagery, pricing, description, categories and pre-orders) for each drop. Weekly check and report on website performance ensuring the platform and apps work and runs smoothly at all times. Action discounts and promotions in line with the marketing calendar, ensuring all promotional site banners are in line. Design and prepare all website banners and images in line with the marketing calendar. Report on website analytics on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting key metrics. Communicate with the production team to ensure that the colours, details, and timings are accurate for each product listed on the website. Create an EDM strategy, focusing on segmentation with the aim to convert. Create EDMs per week in line with the marketing calendar and strategy. Report on EDM marketing on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting key metrics. Create and maintain e-commerce flows + loyalty program to ensure a smooth customer experience. Improve product findability through site-merchandising and keywords utilising a third party app. Adhoc support for the wider marketing team.
